What is the Pilates Springboard?
The Springboard, very similar to the Tower ,is a resistance piece of equipment . It adds more challenge to your workout while toning arms, legs and buns in addition to the usual abdominal challenge. It was created by Master teacher Ellie Herman who wrote "Pilates for Dummies" in addition to owning several popular Pilates studios in both California and New York.
The Pilates Springboard has become a very popular piece of equipment for Pilates group classes and it is also very popular with clients for use at home to deepen their Pilates practice.
